The Taragate Geared Reel is similar to the O’Briens, but has a longer insulated handle & smoother gearing. It comes with a impact-resistant hub, wire guide, galvanized steel frame & support hook, and the NEW Taragate "Dead or Alive" dual purpose handle.
Loaded with 1312' of Gallagher Turbo Wire. Turbo Wire is thinner and lighter than Polybraid. This is useful if you find it challenging to put a full roll of Polybraid on a quarter mile reel. As long as you maintain a slight amount of tension on your wire you should have no issue getting the full 1312' roll of Turbo Wire onto this reel.
